Return and Exchange Policy


  1. Returns or exchanges of products are a right for all our customers and apply to all products offered in our store.

  3. Returns or exchanges can be made if the product is in its original condition at the time of purchase and is in its original packaging.
  4. Returns can be made within three (3) days and exchanges can be done within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

  6. Kindly take a photo and send it along with the city, address, and order number specified so that the product can be replaced if it is damaged or has any defects.
  7. The full amount will be refunded to the customer if the product received is completely different from the one displayed on our website.
  8. We are not responsible for customer expectations regarding the use of products that were not mentioned on the product page on our website.
